Please note this important information regarding purchase and direct shipment of our wines.
You MUST be 21 or older to purchase wine from our online store.
State laws prohibit direct shipment of wines from Oregon to some states. We are very sorry but at this time we cannot ship to: AL, AR, DE, IN, KY, ME, MD, MA, MS, MT, NJ, OK, PA, SD, TN and UT. Title to wines sold in Oregon passes to the purchaser in Oregon; by placing an order you represent that you may legally order and receive our wines. Please contact us if you have a question about shipping to your state.
We accept payment only through PayPal; we do this to safeguard online transactions on behalf of our customers. Shipping costs are based upon average actual costs and are added as a percentage of the total transaction: 1-6 bottles - 25%; 7-11 bottles - 20%; 12 or more bottles- 5% (in lieu of a 10% case discount).
Finally, we do not customarily ship wine from June through September; purchases during this period will be held for shipment during cooler months. If you wish to order wine during this time for shipment, please contact us for special overnight or temperature controlled shipping rates.
